We’re Michael and George, the team behind EMSCO Property Maintenance. What started as hands-on maintenance work has grown into a reliable, fully managed service. We still take pride in being involved on the tools, but we’ve built our business to go further, handling jobs of all sizes with a consistent standard and a straightforward approach.

Our focus is simple: show up, communicate clearly, and deliver quality work without making things complicated for the client.

Born and raised in Melbourne’s inner north, we’ve grown up around hard work, strong family values, and looking out for others. That mindset carries through everything we do.
