We service Greater Melbourne and surrounding areas, providing reliable property maintenance for real estate agencies, owners corporations, and private clients. 

We handle both. We complete general maintenance directly and coordinate licensed trades including electricians and plumbers when required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to standard. 

A standard call-out fee of $150 applies, with $300 for after-hours callouts. Larger jobs (typically 1–2 hours or more) are quoted upfront so costs are clear before work begins. If we are on-site and it becomes clear the job will exceed the expected time or scope, we will always discuss and confirm a revised quote with the client before continuing. 

We prioritize urgent and make-safe works, with same-day or next-day attendance where possible. Our focus is keeping properties safe, compliant, and operational with minimal delay. 

Yes. We offer emergency and urgent make-safe repairs to quickly secure and stabilise properties when issues arise. These jobs are prioritised to minimise damage and keep the property safe until permanent repairs can be completed.
